XCOR Aerospace

Working from the Mojave Spaceport in California, XCOR Aerospace continues to raise the bar in the field of commercial spaceflight. Founded in 1999, XCOR has become a pioneer in the development of space vehicles and launch systems.

In the last 13 years, XCOR has designed and built 14 new rocket engines and 2 new rocket-based aircraft. The first of the two, the EZ-Rocket, was the first such craft to be created by an organization other than the government. The second craft, the X-Racer, holds the record of 7 test flights in one day.

The Lynx suborbital spacecraft, in development now, and an orbital craft in the planning stages continue to provide XCOR Aerospace with a firm foothold on the cutting edge of affordable commercial spaceflight.
